Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping times
Your order will be prepared and shipped 1 to 3 working days after it has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered to you in 1 to 2 business days to addresses in Belgium and metropolitan France. 
Other destinations depend on our shipping partners but will be maximum between 3 to 5 working days. 
 
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping destinations. Details of the delivery costs for your order are provided just before the confirmation of the order.
Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT but exclude any customs duties and other taxes. Customs duties must be paid by the client directly to the carrier.

We find it important to note here that free shipping does not exist. At Denise, the minimum of shipping rates is applied. Wehn you have free shipping at some big stores like Amazon or Zalando, the shipping is calculated into the product price. 
For transparency reasons, we keep the shipping costs separate so that it is clear for you when you are paying for what. 
 
Returns
You have a period of fourteen days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To make a return, please contact us at info@deniseatable.com with the details of your order so that we can do the necessary. All items must be returned in their original packaging with a label, in perfect condition and unused.  
Please note that the shipping costs of a return are at your expense.
 
Damages
We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your object in the best possible conditions.
However, if you receive a damaged item, we advise you to refuse it when the delivery man arrives. You will then obtain proof and a full refund as soon as possible.
